A regional airline was losing significant revenue to OTA intermediaries while their own booking funnel suffered from high checkout abandonment — particularly at payment and seat selection stages.
We audited the full booking journey end-to-end: traffic sources, landing page performance, search step completion, ancillary attach rates, and payment abandonment. The diagnosis identified three primary friction points costing an estimated 28% of potential direct revenue.
Rebuilt the direct booking funnel addressing each friction point. Implemented revised UX for seat selection and payment stages. Introduced direct-channel incentives to shift OTA bookings. Result: 34% reduction in checkout drop-off, 22% increase in direct channel revenue in 90 days.

A €20M DTC brand with strong traffic was experiencing conversion rate stagnation and rising CAC. Despite significant ad spend, the checkout completion rate had plateaued and AOV had not grown in 18 months.
Diagnosed three layers of friction: product discovery complexity, checkout flow length, and weak upsell sequencing. Also identified a cart abandonment recovery flow that was losing recoverable revenue through poor timing and messaging.
Redesigned checkout flow, implemented a revised bundle and upsell strategy, and rebuilt the cart recovery messaging sequence. AOV increased 18%. Cart recovery improved 40%.
